Bideford Phoenix is a mixed side based in Bideford, North Devon. We dance Cotswold and Border dances, accompanied by our own band of musicians. We welcome anybody* who would like to join us, whether experienced or complete beginner.

*Please note that, for safety reasons, anybody under 18 years of age taking part in any Bideford Phoenix Border Morris practices or events must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the activity.
Bideford Phoenix Morris Dancers have now raised over £6,500 for the North Devon Hospice. Our sincere thanks go to everybody who has put money in our buckets over the last few years at venues all around the Bideford area and beyond.

Our dance programme for 2026 is being prepared. We are currently practicing most Wednesdays from 7pm-9pm at Bideford Baptist Church Hall in Mill Street.

Come and try it
If you fancy a go at dancing or playing in our morris band, come along to one of our practice sessions at the Baptist Church Hall in Mill Street, Bideford.
